From the shop's About Us page:
Falkirk Christian Bookshop opened for business on Saturday February 27th 2010 and we have been delighted to welcome customers, both old and new.

We are a new Christian Bookshop but with long-established roots. The first Christian shop in Falkirk was the Bible Shop which started in the 1920s in Manor Street. This shop had various homes before it became the Scripture Union Bookshop. 1 Glebe Street has been the home of Scripture Union, then Wesley Owen and now Falkirk Christian Bookshop since the mid 1980s. We respond to many names ~ Wesley Owen ~ Scripture Union ~ and returning to our roots ~ The Bible Shop!

Our purpose is to supply you with all of your needs for personal faith development, devotional and study needs, and Christian ministry in all its forms and across all ages and interests.

The Abbey Shop St Michael's Abbey is a contemplative monastery of monks of the Benedictine Order about thirty miles from London, England. The monks live the Benedictine life in its classic or 'continental' form. At the heart of our life is the solemn celebration of the liturgy, sung in Latin to Gregorian Chant.

The monks earn their living through their printing, publishing, bookbinding, farm and apiary. The Abbey Shop is an important part of the monastery's income. By choosing to buy from the Abbey Shop rather than from secular commercial enterprises, our customers help support the contemplative monastic life of the Church. When buying books please consider making the Abbey Shop your regular bookseller.

Windflower Books Secondhand Christian BooksFrom the Windflower Books website:
Windflower Books has been in existence since 2007 as a small scale concern selling secondhand and remaindered theological books on the internet, supplying bookstalls for communities and events and publishing small runs of specialist material.

2012 sees a change in the Windflower venture as we seek to supply the needs of individuals, churches and communities in the South West who have lost their own local Christian Bookshops.

From a small start we hope to develop a system of bespoke bookselling tailored to the specific needs of each community we are working with. We are in the process of negotiating our first sites for enhanced bookstalls in local churches. Keep checking our blog, our Facebook page (Windflower Books) or our Twitter feed (windflowerbooks) for further details...

Specialist Interests
Church Bookstall Services; Bespoke Bookselling and Publishing.
